Everything you need to know about streaks, effort points, and progress.
All streaks run Monday to Monday (UTC 00:00).
Each week is evaluated as a complete cycle. Based on that week's progress, a streak will continue, freeze, or reset.
All streaks in Streaky-Fit are weekly-based.
You set a weekly target (for example: 3, 4, or 7 sessions per week).
As long as the weekly target is met, your streak continues - regardless of which days you train.
There is no daily requirement, unless you set a weekly target of 7, which naturally means training every day.
Personal streaks track your own consistency only.
Team streaks are based on the combined effort of the entire team.
The team succeeds together through shared effort.
A personal or team streak freezes on Monday if:
A freeze protects the streak and allows recovery.
Frozen streaks (personal and team) follow the same recovery rule:
Personal streak: You must complete the session yourself.
Team streak: One of the team member can complete the session for the team.
If this condition is met, the streak continues.
A streak resets if:
A reset always starts from week one.
Effort Points represent the time and effort you put into training.
Effort Points exist alongside streaks, not instead of them.
No.
A 10-minute stretch won’t count toward a streak, but it still counts toward Effort Points and your history.
Personal leaderboards rank users based on:
Overall long-term commitment. They are designed to motivate consistency, not perfection.
Team leaderboards reflect shared progress and rank teams by:
Every contribution counts toward the team's position.
