Welcome to Streakly Fit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Streakly Fit mobile application and related services (“the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Streakly Fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Streakly Fit is a habit and fitness consistency application designed to help users build routines, track personal and shared streaks, and stay accountable through consistency.
Streakly Fit does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own health and activities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Streakly Fit. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Personal streaks are individual and affect only you. Your personal streak resets only if you miss a day. No other user is affected by your personal streak activity.
When you pair with another user, the streak becomes shared. Both users must complete the required activity.
If either user misses a day, the shared streak resets for both users. Streakly Fit is not responsible for disagreements or unmet expectations between paired users.
Streakly Fit is built on trust. You agree to honestly track completed activities and not to manipulate or abuse streak data.
Streakly Fit provides tools to encourage consistency but makes no guarantees regarding fitness results, habit formation, or streak preservation.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and stored using Google Firebase.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues or updates may result in data interruptions or streak resets.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streakly Fit shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or violations of these Terms are detected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the user’s jurisdiction, including EU regulations where applicable.
